My dad who even has the same name as me is an alcoholic, narcissistic, sociopath. I, too, have found that writing on blog has helped. My wife tries to tell me to move on. I try and have but I don't think I completely can. It's hard when you are the offspring of a madman. I am studying the madness of it and one day I will help victims stand up to these monsters.
